Shipping Information

You can choose between our flat rate priority shipping options provided by USPS and weighted shipping options. To determine your preferred shipping method and view the corresponding shipping price, simply add products to your cart and see the shipping options on the checkout page.

Return Policy

We hope you to love it, but if you need to make a return, breathe easy. Returns are easy and can be done by mail. See our full return policy below.

We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 14 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@kemathreads.com

Digital Products

We understand that purchasing digital products requires careful consideration. Due to the nature of digital products and their instant accessibility, we have implemented the following return policy:

  1. All sales of digital products are final: Once a digital product has been purchased, it is non-refundable. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for digital products.

  2. We provide comprehensive product descriptions, previews, and details to give you a clear understanding of what to expect from our digital products. We encourage you to review these materials and reach out to our customer support team if you have any questions prior to making a purchase.

  3. If you encounter any technical issues or difficulties with accessing or downloading your digital product, please contact our customer support team at hello@kemathreadscom. We will be glad to assist you and provide the necessary technical support to ensure that you can fully enjoy the benefits of your purchase.

  4. We take great care in producing high-quality digital products. In the rare event that you encounter any issues or concerns regarding the quality or integrity of a digital product, please reach out to us immediately. We will investigate the matter promptly and take appropriate actions to rectify any genuine problems.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

However, please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs both for sending the clothing to us and for return shipping. We highly recommend obtaining postage insurance for the package, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during the shipping process.
